CCBC PROVINCIAL TEAM DAY CAMPS, JUNE 20-21

When the Spring and Haig Glacier provincial team camps were cancelled due to COVID-19, Cross Country BC replaced them with group, web-based, online sessions using Zoom and provincial ‘Day Camp’ weekends held at various locations throughout the province.
The first two of these ‘Day Camp’ weekends were held in the North and at the Coast.
Coast BC ‘Day Camps’
On June 20th and 21st, BC Ski Team and BC Development Squad athletes from Pemberton, Whistler, Squamish, North Vancouver, Burnaby and Campbell River gathered together at the Seymour Demonstration Forest (North Vancouver) and Whistler Olympic Park (Callaghan Valley) for two social distancing Day Camps. The coaches were Chris Manhard (Provincial Coach) and Maria Lundgren (Assistant Provincial Coach) from Whistler.
