KAL TIRE SPONSORS NCCP T2T WORKSHOPS
CCBC is pleased to announce that we will be offering NCCP T2T (Dryland) and T2T (On Snow) workshops to BC-based coaches for free this season, thanks to the generous support of Kal Tire. This funding will cover:
- T2T (Dryland) & T2T (On-Snow) Workshop fees.
- For the workshops held in Whistler, accommodations will be at the Whistler Athlete Lodge - 2 night max. (on a shared room basis). Expense forms will be sent to participants to apply for reimbursement.
- For the workshop held in Vernon, accommodation details will be provided later.
- Accommodation enroute to/from workshops will be reimbursed up to $100/night if driving more than 10 hours each way.
- Gas will be reimbursed (receipts required). Carpooling with other participants is highly encouraged, if possible.
As you can imagine, this is a significant investment into coach development. As such, participants will require prior approval from their club coaching coordinator/president to ensure they are serious and committed to coaching at their club before they will be eligible for a subsidy.
Clubs should be aware that Nordiq Canada may, in the future, introduce a requirement that coaches must be active NCCP CCI-Advanced 'trained' coaches (must have completed the T2T (Dryland) & T2T (On-Snow) Workshops) in order to supervise, instruct or coach ski activities for athletes twelve to sixteen years of age.
NCCP T2T (D) Workshops - All T2T (Dryland) Workshops will take place in Whistler due to the high performance facilities and specialists needed for this particular program. Additional workshops will be added as needed.
May 3-5: Whistler Completed

November 8-10: Vernon FULL
