Subject: Your upcoming Regional Spring Snow Camp - Coach Participation/Qualifications
Hi Andrea!
As we did last season, I require the following information:
- A list of coaches volunteering at your Regional Spring Snow Camp (May 4-6) at least five days prior to the start of the Camp. All coaches must be a minimum Community Coach “Trained” (attended both the ICC & CC workshops). If the coaches aren’t sure of their status, please have them contact me. Please send you list of coaches to me asap.
- All coaches must be a member of a CCBC club.
- All coaches must have a coaching license (more information and how to register, please click HERE). Current Coaching Licenses will need to be renewed at the end of June.
Please note that these above 3 items will be checked prior to the start of the Regional Camp.
- As a reminder, please ensure that all coaches have a current Criminal Record Check completed through your club.
- Your coaches will also want to know that they will now receive 3 PD Points towards their Maintenance of Certification for volunteering at an RCE (Regional Camp Experience) assignment. These points will be awarded through the CCBC office once the Camp has been completed.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Kindest regards,
