Part 1 – And I’m Off (Jan 29-Feb 1)

Having volunteered at the 2010 Winter Olympics and being quite heavily involved in cross country skiing and officiating, I decided to see if I could volunteer for the 2014 Olympics in Sochi. I applied online, had an interview over Skype and was eventually accepted.

Here is my first post about my 2014 Olympic experience: http://dirkinsochi.wordpress.com/2014/02/03/and-im-off/
