After completing their Advanced Coaching Diploma in one of the Canadian Sport Institutes across the country over the past few years, Chris Manhard (Provincial Coach, BC),  Adam Elliot (Telemark Nordic Club, BC) and Luke McGurk (Rocky Mountain Racers, Alberta) have recently reached another important milestone in their High Performance coaching development pathway - they have met all the requirements to become certified cross country ski coaches in the NCCP Competition-Development Advanced Gradation (CDAG) context.
