• BC clubs won the most awards: 14 out of 36, or 39%
   
• The top clubs in Canada for ‘overall ranking (total points of all metrics)’ 
  -  Whistler Nordic Ski Club – small category
  -  Revelstoke Nordic Ski Club – medium category
   
• The top clubs in Canada with ‘highest average CPL progression’
  -  Revelstoke Nordic Ski Club – medium category
  -  Telemark Nordic Club (Kelowna) – large category

Club Podium is the new National Racing Club Ranking system designed to recognize and promote club successes in regard to HP development specifically. 2016-17 final standings are determined based on the following criteria:

• Number of CCC licensed athletes (as per final distance CPL)
• Year Over Year (YOY) progression of athletes on the distance and sprint CPL
•  Athletes meeting International Points Benchmarks for their age on final distance and sprint CPL
• Number of athletes taking part in CCUNC ranking at Nationals or in a sanctioned Para-Nordic race during the season
• Number of CCC licensed coaches and their NCCP status
