BC Ski Team & BC Development Squad Coach Education Policy

To fast-track more young coaches into the BC coaching scene, Cross Country BC is expanding its previous BC Ski Team & BC Development Squad Coach Education Policy to include:    

(1)  free NCCP Workshops (cross country skiing) to athletes from both the BC Ski Team and BC Development Squad, and   

(2)  past members of both the BC Ski Team (since 2012) and BC Development Squad (since 2017).

This past year saw a record number of BC coaches taking NCCP training – with 579 participating in workshops!  Thank you to all the club coaching coordinators that are making this possible.
