FREE NCCP Community Coaching Workshops
Nordiq Canada is offering financial support that will allow coaches to take the NCCP Community Coaching Workshop for FREE (this is in addition to the free Introduction to Community Coaching online module we communicated earlier!).
The funding is aimed at helping Canadian cross-country ski clubs meet the increased demand for the safe delivery of ski programming during the pandemic (and beyond) by increasing the number of qualified coaches across the country. By increasing the number of coaches available, the sport can more easily accommodate smaller group sizes and alleviate large gatherings of participants within training groups and practice sessions.
Nordiq Canada will coordinate with Cross Country BC to ensure workshops are free to members provided participants are registered in the workshop no later than January 15, 2021.
