The Head Coach is a full-time year-round position with a salary based on the coach’s skills and experience. The position includes a comprehensive benefits program (currently under review). It is anticipated and expected that working hours will vary throughout the year, with the position requiring extended workdays or work weeks during the ski season.

The Head Coach is responsible for developing and implementing Strathcona Nordic Ski Club’s (“SNSC”) coaching and athlete development plans, leading and managing the SNSC volunteer coaches, and directly coaching the Master and Junior race programs.
