Technique videos updated with diagrams and technique tips in CCC Athlete Development Matrix!

Technique video clips have once again been enhanced and now include diagrams and tips for the key technique benchmarks of each step. See example: Two skate (front view). NB: Click on the markers! PDFs of the technique checklists are now also available.

Any cross country ski coach who is a member of a CCC affiliated club and has a CC # (delivered by Coaching Association of Canada) can register to access the online Matrix for free. If you haven’t done so yet, please register here.
