Come cheer the world's best cross-country skiers in Canmore!
The Alberta World Cup Society will be hosting the season finale FIS Cross Country Skiing World Cup weekend. This exciting event, held at the Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park on March 20, 21, 22, is comprised of a series of races culminating in the mixed relay race on Sunday, March 22nd. This is a FREE event!

- Opening Ceremonies on March 19th at the Canmore Civic Centre 5:30PM
- Fast & Female Champ Chat, Presented by Pembina on Saturday March 21 after the races, Free for girls from 8 to 18 years. Register early!
- Coop Mini World Cup, a fun obstacle style course for kids aged 5-12. Free - Saturday from 9:30AM to 1:30PM. Reserve your child's spot here.
- Night Sky Village: Take part in this winter camping experience at the Canmore Nordic Centre during the event. Only 30 campsites available. Sign up to be notified when the registration opens.
- Art Walk in the Woods: Enjoy walking on the new Legacy Trail between Downtown Canmore and the Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park, co-sponsored by the Town of Canmore. A great alternative to taking the free Roam bus to and from Downtown during the event. More information available on our website shortly.
- Flag Row Expo: Visit our many vendors and local organisations during the event.
